Graz University Outreach

Reaching students on the university campuses of Graz.  There are 3 university campuses in Graz, Austria with 40,000 students combined.  Partnering with us on this project will provide a presence for Students for Christ, Graz on the campus and materials to touch the lives of students.

How would you know there were a group of people who love Jesus and care about students on your university campus?  Someone has to be on campus doing something to make this group known.  This project funds flyers, books, coffee and soda in an effort to reach students where they are at.  Very few university students will seek out a church in Austria, even if they are interested in Christ.  Most of them wouldn't even know where to find a group of Christ following students.  In fact, one of our students has shared multiple times that when she came back from her semester in America as a born again Christian she could not find a bible believing church.  She searched for 3 years before she met someone on the street who was sharing about God.  We have to be on campus providing an opportunity for people to find the hope they are searching for.

The best part of this project is that it is not that expensive to have a presence on the university campus.  Putting up flyers, handing out invitations, talking with students, and eating in the cafeteria are all very cost effective means of outreach.  This project will be fully funded for four years with a partnership contribution of just $2500.00.  It will allow us to effectively contact students and begin to build relationship.  If you are interested in partnering with us in this project please contact me via email (alan.ambrose@agmd.org) or phone 206-201-2086.
